Data Privacy & Security Protocol

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: December 15, 2025

At Begence, we operate under strict privacy principles. Our commitment to data protection is architectural—built into every line of our Valhalla engine and every interaction on our platform. This policy outlines exactly how we collect, process, and protect your information, with full transparency and zero third-party data sharing.

1. Information Architecture & Collection Points

Direct User Submission

  • Email addresses for account authentication
  • Phone numbers for critical security notifications only
  • Technical logs for Valhalla engine diagnostics
  • File attachments for support ticket resolution

Automated System Telemetry

Technical data is automatically collected to maintain system integrity and performance. This includes IP addresses, browser fingerprints, session duration, and interaction patterns with the Valhalla engine configurator. No behavioral tracking or advertising profiling occurs.

  • IP address for fraud prevention
  • Browser type for compatibility optimization
  • Session duration for security audits
  • Click paths for UX improvement studies

⚠️ Security Protocol: Data Minimization

Begence operates on a principle of absolute data minimization. We do not store payment information, as all transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not purchase data from brokers, and we do not participate in data sharing economies. Your data remains yours.

2. Processing Logic & Usage Boundaries

Primary Processing Objectives

Every data point serves a specific, documented purpose within our infrastructure. Email addresses authenticate your access to Valhalla engine tools. Phone numbers trigger emergency security alerts only. Usage telemetry identifies system bottlenecks and resolves performance issues in real-time. We never process data for purposes outside these defined objectives.

Third-Party Processing & Subprocessors

Begence maintains a zero-data-sharing policy with third-party marketing partners. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or advertising networks. The only third-party processors involved are:

  • Infrastructure Provider: Secure cloud hosting for data storage and redundancy
  • Email Delivery: Transactional email service for account notifications
  • Payment Gateway: PCI-compliant payment processor (no card data touches our servers)

All subprocessors operate under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) compliant with GDPR and CCPA standards. You can request a complete list of subprocessors at any time via contact.php.
